Training

This training is specifically designed for CAC executive directors, program directors with management responsibilities, and chapter coordinators.

This seminar will provide participants with management skills and insights to create a stronger organization prepared to better serve the needs of the children and their families who look to CACs for support and healing.

Participants receive advice and training in response to needs their organizations are currently addressing.  They receive access to expertise in a single forum and develop a network of professional contacts on whom they can rely for advice, counsel and an understanding ear.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions that are directly relevant to their programs and current issues.
