HRSA Evidence-Based Tele-Behavioral Health Network Program This program provides funding for telehealth networks that are looking to increase and assess care to behavioral health services in rural and frontier communities. 

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services: Prevention and Public Health Fund  This funding provided by the Affordable Care Act, sustained and expanded prevention and public health investments nationally that are aimed at improving health outcomes and enhancing health care quality. USDA: ReConnect Loan & Grant Program The Rural Broadband ReConnect Program furnishes loans and grants to provide funds for the costs of construction, improvement, or acquisition of facilities and equipment needed to provide broadband service in eligible rural areas.

USDA: Community Connect Grants This program helps improve, construct or expand broadband networks in rural areas by offering financial assistance to eligible service providers. 

Distance Learning & Telemedicine Grants This grant program designed for medical providers and teachers who serve rural residents at the local level, provides funding for technology that will help the development of training and connection for educational and medical professionals in remote communities.
