Training
Building Resilient Teams
Description
Building Resilient Teams is an online guided discussion group to build resiliency within the multidisciplinary team (MDT). Participants, with guidance from a facilitator, will review the implications of secondary traumatic stress responses within the MDT and identify key domains for building resiliency. Team partners will identify strategies to grow capacity in each domain and consider how to implement those strategies within their MDT to encourage resiliency. These discussion groups are open to two-person teams from MDTs, with at least one individual from each team having a leadership or facilitator role within the MDT to help encourage the successful implementation of new strategies.
Targeted Audience
Child abuse MDT professionals, MDT facilitators/leaders. Teams of 2 individuals from each MDT will be required, with at least one member in a leadership or facilitator role on the MDT.
