State Telehealth Laws & Reimbursement Policies  This report developed by the Center for Connected Health Policy (CCHP, 2019) is a guide for policymakers, health advocates and other health care professionals on policies that are related to telehealth across states and the District of Columbia. Accompanying this report is an interactive map that allows users to click on a state and view information about the current state laws and reimbursement policies. 

ATA 2019 State of the States Report: Coverage and Reimbursement  This comprehensive, state-by-state analysis includes a review of how patient settings, different technologies, and provider types are treated across the country, as well as detailed information on the unique policies dictating reimbursement and coverage of telehealth services in the U.S.

National Conference of State Legislatures  The NCSL provides tools, information and resources to help states develop solutions to big issues including healthcare and telemental healthcare. They have specific articles and research about telehealth innovations and upcoming healthcare technology.  

State Legislative and Regulatory Tracker This chart developed by the American Telemedicine Association tracks critical state legislation and regulations as well as outlines ATA’s state priorities and call to actions.

Telemental Health Laws App This app developed by Epstein Becker Green, which is backed by the 50-State Survey of Telemental/Telebehavioral Health, provides users with up-to-date state telehealth laws, regulations and policies for mental and behavioral health practitioners and stakeholders.
